“Sunspace (formerly AllTrade) completed 3 separate projects for our family over the past three years: Vinyl siding and trim on our 100 yr old lake cottage; Vinyl trim on the frame and Natural Stone on the foundation of my daughter's home; and a new roof and vinyl ceiling for our cottage. We were pleased with the price and results of all three projects. The co-owner Chris helped us with the design and selection of the best materials. When, during an ice/hail storm many of our neighbors experienced severe damage, our new vinyl siding survived without a scratch. The craftsmanship of Jimmy and his team (vinyl siding and trim) is second to none. Vince (cement/stone work) did a great job and worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. We have been completely satisfied and pleased with AllTrade and the work they do.”

“Jim did "handyman" tasks for us at our retreat house which included investigating a leak in one of our rooms shower stall that was seeping out into hallway. Turned out to be loose tiles and crumbling grout. He replaced the tiles and put in new waterproof wallboard's and a new sink and faucet. Great, speedy job that was done before our retreats started up again! We plan to have him back for a possible flooring job!”
