“What most impressed us about Tony was his willingness to listen to the desires we had, to interpret them into a real and practical plan, to make accommodations based on our financial resources, and to finish with a design that was more beautiful than we imagined. We absolutely love what Tony did with our house. We took off an ugly front porch, put both front and back dormers off the second floor , making one bedroom now two, installed a master bath, and added a master bedroom balcony overlooking the woods. Neighbors and passers by cannot believe the change. It looks like it was always meant to be! Tony met with our builder and carefully went over the plans. He was always available when we had questions. Excellent service!”

“Plan A performed an excellent job for our renovation and we were very happy with the outcome. The project was bid and delivered at the specified price and any extras were related to unforeseen conditions and / or additions to the original scope that we the owner added through the process. The staff was very friendly, safe and considerate to our needs and helped us with schedule and the decision process. Plan A specializes in renovations to older houses and has a wealth of experience to deal with situations - this showed in the commitment to the work and the final product. I felt that they listened carefully to our needs and reacted appropriately in ever regard to this project. It was a great experience to deal with a group of dedicated professional who communicate effectively and create beautifully crafted projects.”

“We hired Fraser Homes Inc. for a full home renovation. We included design services with the work, which was a service we highly relied on for a cohesive overall project--Mark delivered! From beginning to end, the services provided by Fraser Homes was professional and reliable. We moved and removed walls, enlarged a patio door and window, relocated the kitchen, updated three bathrooms, re-wired, updated plumbing, added an entry door, updated all flooring, waterproofed, changed the stairs, and replaced over 80% of the existing interior. The work was on time and we were consulted when issues arose and provided with reasonable options. We were kept up to date on the status of the renovation and had regular meetings to discuss our goals and likes. Mark and Rod had our best interest in mind throughout the job and treated the project as if it were their own. This is not our first major renovation, but this is the first time we have had a contracting company we could trust and rely on completely. The Trades brought in were high quality, monitored by Mark and Rod, and the finished project is outstanding. We are proud of our home and will use Fraser Homes for any future home projects.”

“Jeremy and Southlight have renovated our house twice. The first time was months before our first child was born and the second time was after an unfortunate house fire. Both times Jeremy appreciated how serious we were about deadlines and finished the renovation on time. (In fact, I don't think he actually had time for us after the fire, but squeezed us in regardless.) Jeremy and his crew do excellent work and are honest about every aspect of your project - a rarity in my experience in the renovation world. Highly recommended!”
