They are extremely thorough in planning and anticipating situations and formulating solutions to prevent unexpected problems. They use only high quality and reputable subcontractors. Their goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time. Fred Parker has been building homes for 50 + years, and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for his contribution to building issues in Fort Worth. Update Dec 2015: I have been living in my beautiful home now for a year, and the follow up service by Fred Parker has been outstanding. Fred and his son Ron treat my home like it their prized possession. They take so much pride in the quality of the work, their service, and their client relationships. “Nickerson Design and Construction Inc. is the best. I love everything this company did to my house. From the ceiling to the floors and everything in between were exquisite. This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. These guys worked some nights until 10pm. This company is true to their motto, "We Build Your Dreams on Your Budget" . I recommend this company for whatever your needs are. I guarantee you it will be with top quality work.”

“Grossman Design Build LLC just finished up my complete kitchen and bath renovation. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Mr. Grossman's employees and contractors were extremely professional, polite, and respectful of our home and took great care in keeping it clean each day of our eight week renovation. The attention to detail was remarkable. I only had one small item during our punch list visit, which was amazing in itself. I highly recommend this company for any renovation or add-on. “My husband and I moved into our 1990s home full of tired wallpaper and a sad kitchen. We were overwhelmed visiting showrooms, trying to pull everything together. We agreed to let a design firm send an associate to our home, but we weren’t getting our vision understood and still had to find another team for renovation. When a friend referred us to Julie, within our first meeting we thought Julie was too good to be true! Not only did we really like her, but having both interior design and renovation advice all in one was amazing! We walked through our home and couldn’t believe all the options and possibilities Julie could make happen. We decided to start with our kitchen. Julie really listened to what we wanted, even when we changed our minds! And the results were more beautiful than I imagined! We love, love, love our new kitchen!
