“We love our Studio Shed workshop! We are just wrapping up some concrete pavers to link the shop in the backyard to our back flagstone patio and have been very pleased with the new way we're using our yard. The once overgrown flower bed in the back corner is now a bright space for all of our toys - we have our 4 motorcycles, 6 mountain bikes and backcountry ski gear as well as a large work bench area for repairs. “I hired Justin with Defined By Design to remodel our downstairs bathroom. In our initial meeting he convinced me that he was an honest contractor and I put my trust in him. While his initial estimate for completion of the job was 3 to 4 weeks, it did end up being closer to 5 weeks which was still a lot faster than any of the other contractors I spoke with had promised. Justin was a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and his sub contractors were punctual, friendly and highly skilled. Everyone who came into our house treated us with respect and that's not always a given. Throughout the construction Justin and I conferred regularly and discussed any and all changes that came up due to unforeseen construction challenges. The result is that we got a beautiful remodeled bathroom with custom touches and personalized style. We could have spent less and we could have spent more but for us, choosing Justin and his team was absolutely the right decision.”

“Ben and his partner who remodeled my small bathroom in my 80 year old house are wonderful craftsmen who designed a beautiful room that incorporated the elements I was looking for while suggesting adjustments that made the best use of the small space. The room had given me moisture and leakage problems for 25 years and they solved them. I wanted tadelakt on the walls and they also suggested the counter of the new vanity counter be made of tadelakt which a unique beautiful hand made surface. Ben and Frank and crew were communicative, responsive, fun, and respectful. They did all the work themselves except electrical and plumbing for which they got competitive bids. They cleaned up every day. They clearly enjoy their work which made my experience enjoyable as well. They use easy technology for visualizing proposed design and for payment.”

“It was an absolute pleasure working with Rhi McG from conception to completion. I joke with Rhiannon that she helped me totally Rhi-Imagine my kitchen, but it is true. Mine was a total renovation and I had ideas of how I wanted my kitchen to look, but did not see a clear path for getting there. I thought we would be stuck with replacing cabinets and appliances in the existing foot print, but she was able to offer different design scenarios that looked great, functioned well and made economic sense. She did a great job of designing the layout and selecting the materials that transformed the space from a rustic feel to a modern, sleek, working kitchen. “After 15 years of dreaming and speaking with seven contractors over several months, we decided to use Final Touch Construction for a significant remodel of the main floor of our home and have not regretted the decision. My original dream was beyond our budget, but Glen encouraged us to consider options that would incorporate the aspects that were most important. After lengthy conversations, he offered three designs that addressed our budget limitations, included nearly everything that was part of the original vision and, once we made a selection, he was willing to integrate sensible suggestions from us. During construction, we were going to live in the basement with two large dogs so staying on a timeline was a very important measure.
