Steve was able to take our detailed list of design requirements and create an incredibly functional home plan that ultimately satisfied all of our needs and desires. Highlights of our project included: - The final home plan was the product of a highly collaborative and iterative design process that relied upon 3D renderings and walkthroughs to test and review the plan at each stage of design. This allowed us to validate the plan and, where necessary, make adjustments before construction actually started. “We have hired LakeHouse Design Build for several major projects at our lakeside cabin in Belgrade, Maine, and have been thrilled with the work done. He communicated with us frequently and in detail, including regular photo project reports. He promptly involved us in any decisions, changes, or other planning information as the project progressed. His results have been wonderful for us - and are the source of constant favorable comments from neighbors, visitors, and others. We initially learned of his work from several neighbors whose projects reflected similar quality work from him. After researching area contractors before engaging this work, I had no doubt he was the best choice for our projects.
