Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. “We used Basement Edge (Marty Shelburne and Todd Tretev) for our basement remodel. They were great. We knew that if we put the bathroom where it was plumbed it would be a mistake from a design standpoint and they were the only contractor who said -- yes, you're right and went the extra step to help us put it in the best possible location. We worked with their designer who had great suggestions for wall color, carpet and placement of cabinets, lighting, etc. I'd use them again without question. We did take 3 bids when we started our project and they were not the least expensive but certainly competitive and their advise was invaluable.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place.
