“Ellis from Blandford & Co. helped us out when we needed some work done in our crawl space from the previous owner. It was a nasty job removing damaged insulation and rewiring of some electric lines which had become exposed. Ellis was on time, clean, professional, and incredibly well priced. He also explained everything he was doing to make sure we understood and had the opportunity to ask questions. We have not had a single issue since the repair and we feel safer because of his work. He even hung up a laundry line that had fallen for free! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Blandford & Co again for any home work I need done.”

“My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”

“With our family out-growing the family room and the probability of not being able to live on three levels, as we grew older, we decided to explore the possibility of enlarging our family room and adding a first floor bedroom, bath and laundry area to our home. We contacted Glen Stuckel, a local homebuilder, to see if an addition to our home was possible. Glen quickly presented ideas for an addition to our home. We worked together refining his plan and soon the new addition was under construction. When completed on schedule, the addition is more than we had hoped for. The quality of workmanship is great. The space is very functional and a wonderful gathering place for family celebrations. We now live comfortably on one floor and plan to remain in our home for many years. We highly recommend Glen Stuckel as a builder. He is creative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and builds wonderful living spaces. Bill and Bicky Schiphorst”

“When my husband & I decided to enclose our lanai, we knew that we wanted Mr. Michael Childers for this project. Mike has done smaller jobs for us, & we have always loved his work. From the planning stage to the competition of the project, Mike was always involved. He met with us several times to formulate plans, listened to what we envisioned, & added his ideas. He kept us informed throughout the building process & always gave us updates regarding the next phase. The workers that Mike selected to be part of construction are very professional & their work is of the highest quality. Our completed “sunroom” is now a gathering place for our family & friends. We continue to get compliments about this project, & would highly recommend Mike Childers to anyone looking for a professional in the building industry.
