“Agape was extremely professional and service oriented. They provided high quality work and finished the project at the deadline they projected. Every person we worked with was polite and skilled. Our screened porch exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with someone we hired separately to do our flooring (not recommended by Agape) and Agape stepped in when we had issues with them and completed loose ends when the flooring company refused to come back at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Agape and use them again for any future projects.”

“I enjoyed working with Dana as she helped reconfigure my space into something I had never even imagined a couple years ago. Her resources are professionals who do the job right AND are decently priced- hard to find these days. She has lots of great ideas, but as long as you tell her upfront what your budget is she will stay within your parameters. We are in the process of fixing up a house and have asked her to help with this project too. Already so excited!”

“In 2010, we were fortunate to come upon the website of Michael Lauren Development and the rest is history! Mike Rechan, of MLD, along with his wife Laurie, made the design-build of our 4000 square foot "empty-nest" home a most positive process. Building a custom home is not for everyone, but , for us, it was not only positive, it was great fun! Our lot, 1/5 acre, in an urban area, posed challenges that could have been overwhelming but Mike walked us through each phase, making decision making easy and kept the project on target. Mike's experience, professionalism and hands-on approach in working with everyone from city planning and zoning right down to meeting the plumber on a tub issue, is what sets MLD apart from other companies. Best of all, our home was completed two weeks ahead of schedule! We are now coming up on our one year anniversary in our home! We couldn't be happier with the results and the compliments we continue to receive on our home are a testament to Michael Lauren Development.”
