“I have used Southern Places during the construction of two of our homes. I first contacted her when we built in 1995 and then for our most recent construction in 2010. I would not dream of using anyone else. Pam McPeak is incredibly talented and hard working. I think it is the highest compliment to her when people tell us that our home looks like "us." That tells me that Pam took the time to get to know us and made our home a reflection of our personalities and not just what is trendy right now or what she likes. My husband went on to use Southern Places during the construction of two offices and has since used Pam for renovations on those offices.”

“Our goal was to downsize with specific ideas on a French-Country home and a few features that are unique and not normally seen in homes in our area. We interviewed and discussed our ideas with several builders and selected Eddie Yandle, Executive Construction. His draftsman drew up our plan based upon our ideas and square footage requirements. Executive Construction has many homes under construction at any one time, but Eddie was always available to talk with and handled his business in a very professional manner. He kept in mind our goals throughout the total project. The result was we now live in a beautiful, custom, French Country home that stayed within our budget for square footage cost and which was completed in an efficient timely manner.”
