“My new fence is great. It was a very quick but thoroughly professional job and it enhances the entire front of the house. They were careful with the painting of the metal trim and didn't have a drop of paint on any of the lumber in the metal framework when they finished. The crew was careful around the sprinkler heads and made certain not to disturb the underground sprinkler pipes when they had to give the post holes. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend them highly.”

“The Owner, Armando Medina, took time with us and was really able to understand the vision, our dream. His team was so professional, respectful of our landscaping and property. When the deck and fence were complete, I was surprised to find how neat and clean everything was left. It was just like Armando promised it would be when we signed the contract. With his creative engineering ability he was able to navigate some hiccups we encountered during construction, achieving a new living space we'd only imagined. I have a new found respect for what it takes to design someone's vision, and then actually construct that dream. I saw Armando on my property almost every day overseeing the details and the results are something we absolutely love and will cherish for a long long time. It was only a bonus that it increased our property value and will give us a strong edge when we do decide to sell. I'd definitely use Craftsman Fence and Deck for our next property!!! “Does outstanding work, very fair pricing, uses only top quality materials, delivered on all promises, knew my town's very strict building requirements for fencing, handled all permits, and was excellent to deal with. My neighbor and I share a common section of fence. Arturo Zarate came up with a package price for replacing both our fences which was much less than we ever expected. Both our fences are complete and like the other Zarate fences in the area, are absolutely beautiful. Many 3rd party fence contractors have done work in our community. We choose Zarate Fence because among all these contractors, their fences looked the best; both new and 5 years down the road. Our HOA has added him to the Recommended Vendor page on our community website because of quality. They also do decks, arbors, and more. We're going to use him again next year to refurbish our deck and add an arbor.”

“Down Home just Installed a cedar board-on-board fence. Their service and professionalism were exceptional. Sam (one of the owners) answered all questions and worked through each detail of what we wanted. Their two installers -- BJ and Grisham -- were extraordinary craftsmen, building the fence picket by picket with care and attention to detail. They were extremely polite and astonishingly quick -- the work was done in one day. They also hauled away the old fence and left the yard perfectly clean. The price was not the cheapest bid we received, but the value of what we got was worth every penny, and this fence and its workmanship will long outlast the other fences I have seen around (I have quite an eye for them now!) I highly recommend this well-established and friendly Irving, TX business.”
