The guys -- Tony and Albert -- did a fantastic job -- fast, efficient, and they left the job site clean and tidy. They were great communicators, too, telling us what was happening and how and when. Plus, Tony's advice from September, when he was here to measure the chimneys, has helped us prevent further chimney leaks during windy wet weather. Back then, he had explained exactly why the shingles just below our chimney were the source of a leak in high winds, and had recommended that we caulk them, which I did! Big props to your crew. When they arrived at our home the neatness and cleanliness of their truck, equipment and personal dress reassured us that these were individuals who took pride in their work and their appearance. Impressive start! First off, the install team was on time to the minute. Second, they were respectful and careful, placing clean work tarps and blankets throughout the work area. Third they were efficient, e.g. had all their parts, tools and materials on hand. Once they started they didn't finish until the job was done. Fourth, they did exactly what they promised. The sales person had told us it was about a 3 hour job, and our install team made it happen. Fifth, the unit was installed with no issues, they showed us how to operate it, how to install the safety screens etc. Lastly, they left the work space immaculately clean. Highly recommended!”
