“I have a 1924 Tudor with a rather large fireplace that was in dire need of repair, including rebuilding the firebox, lining the flue, installing a spark arrestor, and laying new tile on the hearth. Because the house is in the process of being historically designated, I needed someone I could completely trust. Paul did an OUTSTANDING job. He worked fast and efficiently, and when we ran into challenges (like finding a spark arrestor that was period-appropriate), Paul came up with the perfect solution. The new hearth tile was handmade and costly so I was concerned about breakage, but not a single tile was damaged. The fireplace is beautiful and the hearth is stunning. In fact the biggest compliment is when people think the hearth is original. He took great care to protect the hardwood floors, furniture and walls, and the living room was cleaner when he left than when he arrived! Since it's repair, the fireplace has been a great source of joy, and I can't thank Paul enough. He has my highest recommendation.”

We were kept fully informed during the construction and shipping. The doors quality and craftsmanship is clear, the fit excellent. I installed the doors myself and worked very closely on the doors and inspected them thoroughly without any issues. These are truly old world, hand crafted quality and appearance. Now that they are installed we are enjoying the doors and having fires, they are beautiful and give a finished and classy look to the rooms. I have no hesitation in recommending AMS to anyone looking for a quality custom product.”

“After completing my remodeling, I wanted to have a fireplace and mantel. My contractor recommended me to talk to Signature fireplace mantel and to see what he can do. I called and spoke to Kobi Sakal and he came over to see what I would like to do. Kobi brought to me some samples of fireplaces and he gave me some ideas on how to make the fireplace look like. I liked his attitude and I asked for estimate for it. The following day, Kobi called and came over with his estimate. The estimate was below my budget and I placed the order. Kobi said that he will manufacture it in 2 weeks and he scheduled a day for the installation. A day before, Kobi called me and confirmed the installation. The installation took 3 days and Kobi and his worker did a great job. The fireplace add so much beauty to my living room and I'm very happy with Kobi, the work and the final product.”

“This review is going to be so glowing that you might think that I work there or I'm related to someone working there, however, it's a genuine review from a VERY satisfied customer. I really can't say enough good things about the products and the customer service. The customer service is literally the best I've ever received from any company. Sara Ward is a treasure! And I'm sure the other representatives are equally good. If you need something quickly - she does it; if you need suggestions - she's knowledgeable; if you have a problem - she fixes it immediately! You would think that you would pay a premium for all this, but I found that the prices at Blazing Glass were less than the other sites I visited, and when I asked questions of the others I received little to no help. Do yourself a favor and make your life easier - at least when it comes to your fire pit or fireplace - go to Blazing Glass!!!!”
