Great American Floors was easy to work with, and there location was very convenient to my clients condo. The floors are beautiful and materials came in sooner than expected. LVT is a great product, durable and easy to clean, and provides a nice cushion over the existing concrete floors.

I was very pleased with the quality and competitive pricing offered by Great American Floors. I had 2,400 sq feet of hardwoods refinished in intown Atlanta. They look brand new. Jonas led the installation - he and his guys were professional and worked hard on a fairly tight timeline. Steve the operations manager oversaw the project and communicated with me throughout. Overall I am happy with the result and glad I chose GAF over the other company I was considering even if the price was a slightly higher. These guys get the job done right.

I'm editing a prior review. Great American did a fantastic job with my floors. They were timely, responsive and easy to work with. My previous review was based on misinformation given to me about their final bill by my contractor Steve Buck with Rose City Remodel. He up charged me for moving costs which were entirely out of proportion with what was actually moved. When I questioned him about it, he told me that this was Great American's charge and they weren't going to adjust it. I later learned that these up charges were for mistakes made by his subs (scratches made in floor, painting tape placed on floor causing the edges of the stair treads to be refinished) .

We had a great experience with Jason and his team at Great American Floors. We recently moved into a house that was a home to many pets. One of our children is affected by pet dander and we knew we would need to have the old carpets removed and the areas properly cleaned prior to installing our new carpets. Within a very tight timeframe, GAF came through like Champs! They were professional, timely and efficient and we are now enjoying our new home thanks in part to their efforts.
