“Living Spaces By Lyn helped me remodel a bathroom and I was so excited about the results, they have just completed remodeling my kitchen. Lyn has a gift. She can see what we cannot and she is right 100% of the time. I think I have pretty good taste, but she takes it to the next level. She is masterful. She's also reasonably priced, very professional and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her for any project. She is well worth it. Once you hire her for one project, you'll keep going back like I did.”

“Amber is phenomenal! When COVID happened, we quickly needed to add an in-home office. I know what I like, but have always lacked the ability to bring it all together and see the big picture. Amber did just that! She worked with the pieces I had, and then added in additional items to bring it all together. She worked within my budget, kept me in the loop along the way, and brought my vision to life. Overall, I had an amazing experience. In fact, so good, that she is now starting another home re-model projects for me! I could not say enough good things about her and her work.”

Bethany did a great job blending the old with the new elements. She was instrumental in helping us make choices that together with the old elements made the bath come to life, fashioning it into an award winning master bath of today. “We had a 3 year old home which we loved but was no longer working for our growing family. We approached OWA to add a bedroom and media space to the basement and much needed functionality and light to our home office. In the end, they improved nearly every room in our home. It was wonderful having all the trades including painting, millwork, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and drywall under their direction. This was our first experience with a design-build firm, fortunately OWA laid out the process beforehand and expertly guided us through planning, drafting, demo, and construction. The team worked carefully and thoughtfully to incorporate the new design seamlessly into our existing architecture. We couldn't be happier with the quality of construction and attention to detail.”
