“Just bought our second set of furniture from Terra Amico. An outdoor dining table with a custom fire insert, an indoor coffee table and a porch bench. Gorgeous pieces! We previously bought a sideboard from them about 2 years ago. We love doing business with them. Lisa and I coordinated over email, and I sent her pictures of the "look" and dimensions of items we were interested in. Her responses were timely and she provided good information about finishes and upkeep of the items - especially the outdoor pieces. Overall, extremely satisfied with the quality of the products and service.”

“In these fraught times when little in the world seems right, I look at the madrone and walnut tables, and counter stools, designed and built by Joey, and think, “These are beautiful works of art that we get to use everyday. How lucky are we to have found Joey!” He created these custom pieces in a matter of weeks, (way faster than we expected), after we visited his workshop to pick the slab of locally sourced madrone. He even told us the spot on Hwy 17 in the Santa Cruz Mtns where the tree once grew. The landowner needed to remove a leaning madrone that had become unstable and called Joey to salvage the wood. After bringing home our two live-edge tables, we decided to ask Joey to build two counter stools in the same madrone and walnut theme. His shop was busier at that time, but he still delivered the finished stools within 8 weeks! I see something awesome in each piece everyday, as the angle of sunlight illuminates a feature in the live edge or polished surfaces of the madrone. Joey had an excellent eye for designing our pieces after listening to what we needed. He clearly takes pride in producing heirloom quality, sustainably sourced, furniture, with beautiful joinery and finished with low VOC products. We are so grateful for Joey’s artistry.”
