“Shawn and his team are an amazing group of fabricators. I've heard of 1/16th contractors before: these guys are like 1/100th when it comes to perfection. They have some very interesting materials expertise, and can solve almost any problem you throw at them. They first built us custom 900 sq ft office workstation setup (which included personal and shared working space). Next we hired them to build us a raised letter metal machined company-logo. Then they built us some laser cut logos for the office in wood. Then they built us three large integrated workstation desks that fit up to 40 people. I've also personally used their salt and pepper shakers, and their residential tables. Honestly I feel like these guys could do anything.”

“We engaged Fabulous Furnishings to build a custom designed sofa frame evoking an East-West design style unavailable at regular furnishing showrooms. Celina's boutique upholstery workshop crafted a beautiful walnut finish sofa frame that was just what we were looking for and upholstered in a custom fabric. We were given the opportunity to come and view the progress as the sofa was being made to get a first hand feel for the wood finish and upholstery fill so we had a good idea of how it was going to turn out. Celina went every step of the way to communicate the process from concept drawings to crafting a beautiful signature masterpiece we were really proud to own. Fabulous furnishings ensured we got exactly what we wanted and willingly accommodated a few changes communicated along the way. “My husband and I came into your store almost by accident and while we were very interested in purchasing a pair of accent chairs at some point that weekend, we had not expected to do so at your store. However, Heather Cameron engaged our attention within a few moments of arriving on the show floor and the experience we had with her was of very high quality. Heather was persistent with us, but not pushy. She was present whenever we had a question and was able to remove all of our barriers to sale with finesse so that we did not feel pressured. She asked great questions to find out what I wanted, including my overall vision for the room the chairs would go in. She understood my ideas, came up with great colour/fabric suggestions and also made some quick personal connections with us while talking, to help develop the relationship in a comfortable manner (example - when we told her we were from Kamloops, she identified her own origins in Salmon Arm and commiserated with us on the lack of shopping choices). This was just the right level of personal connection to make a customer feel comfortable. She anticipated and resolved all of our problems and concerns patiently and made us feel confident in our purchase. We were very happy, and look forward to picking up our accent chairs when they arrive at the warehouse.”
