“In 2007, had all windows replaced with new construction windows. Windows were Andersen 400 series wood. Work included stained interior trim and panel inserts. Work was done on schedule and stain color was meticulously matched with older woodwork in house. Very professional, responsive crew. In 2008, had screened porch re-screened, with screens on outside rather than inside. Also had several sections of trim boards replaced with Azek. Contractor came up with innovative approach to installing screens and providing kick protection on the inside. Again the job was done on schedule, very professionally. Date listed is latest work. Cost listed is for all jobs described above.”

"Received daily emails regarding progress and/or upcoming information/meetings. Quick response/resolution to any concerns/changes requested. Clear breakdown of allowances/estimates, including any change orders. Friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Which is a huge comfort for a family having work done in their home - especially with young kids. Great follow through with open items at the end of the job. Did not have any issues getting them to come back to finish even the smallest items. Outstanding service. Thank you Matriarch!”

“I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. It was a big project and I was impressed during all stages by Wes’ attention to detail and by his team’s craftsmanship. He and his team were very attuned to my wishes and worked hard to accommodate them at each stage.
