“I had a wall in my bathroom that some rodents had chewed through, due to previous moisture damage. I looked online for recommendations and found Riggo. I put my name and phone number in and he callled me right away. He asked me some basic questions on the phone and gave me a quote. He was at my house in an Hour, he ran to Home Depot and came right back. Finished the job in about 2 hours came out perfect, he cleaned up his mess and was gone. I highly recommend him for your home repairs!”

“Helpful, professional, and personable beyond belief. Perigon Development personnel were instrumental in assisting us with the permitting process and with dealing with our building manufacturer. I can honestly say that without their help, our building would not be a reality. The crew from Perigon were on time every day and delivered a level of quality to the construction that surpassed my expectations. If something wasn't quite right, they redid it until it was. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice of Contractor and we would highly recommend Perigon Development to anyone. From design review, to permitting, to the finished product, as well as everything in between; the staff and crew of Perigon were honest and forthright. “Obviously it's up to each consumer to thoroughly vet a builder for a whole host of legal concerns, including things like licensure and permitting practices, but this review is more about overall experience... Upon the recommendation of some friends of ours, my husband and I used Grenier Construction in the summer of 2012 for a full remodel of a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath condo in West LA. By "full remodel" I mean that they dropped and added sound-proofing under the entire ceiling, they removed a ton of wallpaper and smoothed and painted the walls, they replaced the flooring with wood flooring (marble in the bathrooms), they completely rebuilt (including custom cabinetry) the kitchen and all three bathrooms, they installed various forms of lighting throughout, they installed various appliances (we bought everything new) throughout, they created a built-in entertainment center (including a large, swiveling TV "arm") out of a former wet bar, etc. In other words, for a condo, it was a fairly involved job. Long story short, we got the clean, modern look we were seeking, on budget and on time (and with as few ruffled feathers on the part of our new neighbors as possible). No surprise, we went on to recommend this company to friends and acquaintances -- and are recommending them here.”

We met with our project manager charlene at tibi home design and we fell in love with her vision. She guided us from the beginning stages of designing and choosing the right tiles , countertops and flooring throughout the entire remodeling project. We are so happy we chose her to do our remodeling she was so professional and great to work with. We will definitely be using tibi home design for future projects.”

“I have used So Cal Construction for several projects ranging from small, one-day "tenant improvement" jobs to much larger and more complicated construction projects . Regardless of the scope of the work, Rick treats his customers with all the respect and attention they deserve. He is conscientious, thorough and quick and his work sites are always maintained as clean and orderly as can be hoped for. Rick works well with planning departments and building inspectors. Prices have always been very fair. I will use him again when I next need construction services, no matter what size the job might be.”
