“In February 2023 I took 3 bids to tear down an old redwood deck and replace it with a Trex deck. I chose Rob Kurk Construction. His bid was very competitive. He had excellent references, great communication skills, he is professional and easy to talk with. He has good listening skills and responsive to my requests or changes. Rob and his crew built a beautiful 12'x80' Trex deck with iron railings and three flights of steps in the amount of time and price Rob had originally stated. “We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced!
