“DMC was a recommendation from our realtor when he realized we wanted to upgrade our new home. It turned out to be the best decision in hiring Donald! We had all flooring, painting, a full remodel of kitchen and also master bath completed on our home within a 6 week period. He started the project on time, kept it on time, answered every question with patience and knowledge, sent us to materials locations that he trusted, had a great staff who had the utmost respect for our home, quality work, fair pricing, rolled with the changes we made along the way, gave great recommendations for design and had every sub imaginable to cover each piece of work we were having done. We even threw a new item in construction his way that he'd never done before, and he came through on that as well. He was ready to tackle anything! I cannot say enough good things about Donald and his staff. This is an exemplary construction company and I would recommend them to anyone, as well as hire them back to do further work on projects we will likely have in the future.”

“We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. We absolutely love the outcome of our project and the quality of the work performed. I have high standards and he met those by far, as well as his great disposition. “We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”

“V-builders refinished my cabinets, tile work, and painting in my kitchen. They also did some work replacing doors, base boards and painting in the rest of my house. They did an excellent job. The estimates were fair and accurate. They were on time, efficient, and had some great ideas to help create the look I wanted. Friendly and easy to work with I would recommend V-builders to everyone.”
