“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them. We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc. Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. This is a father and sons business and Mike Hazley Sr. believes keeping customers happy, even after they have completed the job, sets them apart from other contractors. He is right about that. They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”
