Brad not only provided good guidance but his construction teams, I used throughout the various aspects of the home, were clean and thorough. A very utilitarian/functional home, yet high end quality. It was rated as one of the most energy efficient homes in Utah when evaluated even with the indoor pool. It has geothermal heating and plumbed for solar. As a woman, I enjoyed working with his crew.
