“My wife and I have recently hired Matt's Home Construction and Renovations to do two jobs. The first was laying over 500 sq. ft. of tile-white wash brick- and fix a non functioning shower. The job was so well done, when we decided to build a deck Matt was the only person we had in mind. Matt and Cindy exceeded our expectations. Matt is extremely talented in his work, but most important completely up front about everything, highly knowledgeable and very trustworthy. We strongly recommend Matt's Home Construction and Renovations for any job you are looking to have done as you will be more than satisfied with his work. P.S. “Joe and his assistant Darin are absolutely the most professional, competent and reliable workers in the Niagara peninsula. This is the third time we have had them work on our summer cottage and each and every time we have been more than satisfied. They are so thorough and finish the job exactly as the outlined estimate reads with zero signs of them ever being there. All garbage and debris is removed and order is restored. Your home is treated as if it was their home and respect of your property is very obvious. Their price is more than fair and the old adage “ you get what you pay for” is certainly true of Niagara Remodelling. We now have the prettiest cottage ever.”

“GL Olson just completed a rebuild of a 90 plus year old cottage for us on Lake Chautauqua, NY. We could not be any happier with the finished product and the great people they employ. They worked closely with us before, during and after the build, to ensure everything was perfect. They were also very flexible in working with us as we wanted to complete the finish work ourselves, so it took additional coordination regarding builder and owner responsibilities. The quality of our new home is superb, the staff (from management to office staff to foreman and crew) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also bid the project at a very reasonable rate that was significantly lower than the other companies we considered. Highly recommend them for any construction project you might be considering.”
