“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. “Thayer Construction was super helpful getting the house I recently moved to ready to live in. Jared completed a number of projects on my house, including painting, stabilizing loose stairs, installing new faucets and towel bars, making and installing a missing screen, sealing a hole in the outside wall,putting in missing closet doors, and more. As a bonus, he even picked up and assembled a new office chair from a nearby store. Jared has a range of excellent construction skills, and will consult with other experts on tricky repairs to make sure it's done right the first time. His charges are also reasonable and he is definitely reliable.”

“W.L. Construction did three projects for me at my current residency. They put in fabulous skylights in two rooms. They remodeled our kitchen and then turned a horrible bathroom into a work of art. The team is amazing. Really amazing! I'm so happy with all the projects. There's not a day that goes by that I don't smile to myself and admire my bathroom. “My wife and I wanted to convert an upstairs loft area into a third bedroom - a relatively smaller project with many details. We are so happy we went with Eddie and EcoCraft! Of the 8 or so companies we had over for estimate, Eddie proved to be the most friendly and thoughtful right from the start. He has a great eye for detail and provided experienced feedback on many of my ideas. The subcontractors he works with were incredibly accommodating during COVID and did excellent work. Eddie's estimate was on par with our budget, and the final cost was actually a little less! End result is everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended for your home remodel projects!”

“Tony built a back fence for me. It is beautiful, even and plumb, and came in under other bids. Tony was good at listening to what I wanted and transforming it into a project. I love my back fence, and feel so much more secure with it up. Tony and Cesar also built a back fence at my rental property. That was a long one, and they had to adjust for a bit of slope. They got it nice and straight, with the slope confined to one section--looks great. They were finished much faster than I expected, and came in right on budget. I enjoyed working with them both”

“Steve Heiteen of Portland Remodel is a great resource for almost any home project you are going to do. He has helped me make decisions and prioritize projects I have considered doing. I have had some luck finding contractors through some on-line resources, but many of them did not return calls or show up. Steve will call you and he will show up. •He is a great resource for all aspects of building and remodeling. •He knows the permitting process. •He has skilled people to do the work. •He will keep you informed of the process. Steve recommended a good painting contractor, but I need structural repairs made to my 110 year old house first. He had his crew make all the repairs. They kept me informed of problems were discovered after work began and addressed those problems to my satisfaction. They did the work in a timely manner, were very nice and cleaned up when they were done.”
