“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“I have hired Argos Construction twice, once for a kitchen remodel in our previous apartment, and once for a full remodel in our current house. The fact that I am a repeat customer is best proof that I am happy with Argos Construction and the owner Viktor. Bottom line is that they do quality work at a reasonable price. Viktor is very knowledgable of all aspects of construction and his team is courteous and efficient. My favorite aspect of working with Argos is that Viktor is extremely responsive. He almost always picks up the phone when called. In the rare cases he doesn't he gets back to messages within minutes. To me, this is key when working with a contractor and having your home remodeled. I can only recommend Argos construction, and I will surely be working with them in the future.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Thank Goodness we found Appetite for Construction! Our family was in the beginning stages of a major remodeling project when we lost our contractor to unforeseen circumstances. We panicked! Most companies were completely booked when we got a referral from a friend to given Mike (owner and general contractor) a call. That phone call started a one year relationship with Mike and his crew and we cannot say enough good things about him and his company. First of all he was able to squeeze us into an already very busy schedule of his, and despite being extremely busy we immediately knew we would be well taken care of. It's not an easy task to take over a project that had been started by another company. His strong communication and extensive experience working on remodeling homes definetnly showed. The transition was smooth and he was able to keep our original timeline and meet all expectations we originally had for the project. My husband and i were amazed at his ability to navigate working with the original sub-contractors that were already lined up to work. When Mike's crew came in to do parts of the project they were all professional, efficient and very easy to work with as well. Mike clearly has good established relationships with the building inspectors and is an expert in knowing all the in's and out's of the city's proccess. I believe only ONE of the inspections didn't pass (a minor change needed to be made), which allowed us to stay on time and ON BUDGET! Mike is also a designer in disguise. When getting to the finish work, he offered suggestions on how certain details could add better function but also better design overall. We were sold on his ideas and the execution and attention to detail was spot on. We could not be happier with how our project turned out. So much so, we already have future projects in the works. Thank you Appetite for Construction for an amazing job :)”

“"No more contractor horror stories" was Matt's tag line on a mailer we got from him. After striking out trying to find a contractor to remodel our house, we gave Matt a call. Best call we could have made. Matt is very prompt, very thorough, and best of all, very honest. We also lived in one bedroom while Matt rebuilt the rest of the house, and Matt made every effort to make sure we were comfortable. No doubt, give Matt a call. No horror stories.”
