“I have used Superior Construction twice over the last 12 years and both projects have been a wonderful experience. The first project was a remodel of a 1950’s era condo in South Pasadena. Chris always used clear communication, listened to my design ideas & suggestions and helped me in making my decisions by giving me the pros and cons of doing one thing or another. During construction, Chris was always checking on progress with his team to make sure that everything was moving along correctly, and gave me the confidence that I was working with the “best of the best.” The weekly meetings with both his workers and myself kept me completely informed on progress of the work being done. “Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project.
