“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “The team at Home Care Contractors puller through with an excellent job in a very short time period, to install a drop-in tub and shower combo for us. They tiled the walls, installed new plumbing fixtures, and built a beautiful tub surround with cedar planks. When unexpected things came up (like the cast iron tub being heavier and harder to install than anticipated!), they quickly came up with a resolution and worked late to ensure we stayed on schedule. We love the end result!”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“We just finished remodeling our master bathroom with Johnson and Sons Construction. They are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and holds their work to a high standard. At one point during our project, Vic recognized that our floor tile was not laid out properly. Before, I even had a chance to see it, Vic notified me of the issue and had it corrected at no extra expense. Vic and his entire crew are absolute professionals. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”
