Starting with a blank canvas, Josh and his team did a great job with structural framing, spray foam and batt insulation, drywall, finishing and taping. They renovated 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, cut into the concrete slab for underground plumbing and self-leveled the basement. They worked very well with the other trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing and masonry). Pricing negotiation was upfront and Josh allows you to purchase materials yourself for reimbursement later. The company dedicates itself to a single project and sees it to completion - a skill sorely lacking in the general contracting business where contractors will jump to a more lucrative project at the first opportunity.
