“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“We hired James to redo a living room wall. I found a design on Houzz and he completed the job exactly the way I wanted it. We are seasonal so he worked on the project when we were not there and completed it on our return. My house watch person stated he was the cleanest contractor she had ever seen. No dust anywhere. He is honest, trustworthy and easy to work with. He transformed the wall so it looks like it was originally there when the house was built. He did stone work and installed an electric fireplace. We couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend. I have attached before and after pictures.”

“The well communicated Company always knowing what they doing how they going to do it and when they going to do it. Always notifying when coming and what's the scope of work for the day. Never too busy to answer the phone or call back. Be on the job site from start to finish delays unless it's not up to them waiting for permits and others. “Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“This was the most accomplished professional I have ever dealt with in the building industry. Not only did he do a great job but was quite dependable and reliable. He was always available for calls and open to incorporating new ideas into the project. He remodeled my kitchen and baths and made a fantastic outdoor kitchen / pizza oven.
