“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Manny Lopez and his team of professionals completed a full remodel of the landscaping projects we desired around our home last year. All of the work was top quality and done to our satisfaction. He coordinated his team's work with other contractors installing solar, and a large swim spa, as well as a complex deck. There were no disagreements with other workmen on the projects, and the advance planning allowed for the use of heavy machinery where needed, concrete deliveries, and other materials for all the other projects. Regarding ideas we had for the way we wanted the final project to look, Manny provided timely ideas, excellent solutions that were cost effective or even saved money, and he always came in on time. He kept us appraised of the project progress, items that need to be adjusted, and included changes we asked for as the project went along. He came in on budget. My wife and I have built homes before, renovated apartment properties, improved commercial and condo projects, so we have worked with many contractors over the years. Manny is the best.”

“I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”

We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. We , ourselves are an interior design and interior architectural firm, who represent quality workmanship as you will see on our website, www.warrensheetsdesign.com. When asked to give recommendation I the president of Warren Sheets Design, jumped at the opportunity to give my two cents about QPS. But since I have been asked, I’m giving more than two. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”
