“My wife and I were looking to have an old wooden covered patio replaced with a new one. Joe from better place remodeling came out for a free estimate. He was very friendly and explained every step in great detail. There was a small mishap during demo that Joe took care of immediately. They increased the patio size to 14’ wide from our old 12’. Such a difference it makes to have outdoor living space to read, relax, and get away from the kids. Joe was constantly in touch and even made some changes for us on the fly. I would highly recommend Better Place Remodeling if your looking for a patio as well Joe H. San Marcos”

This included painting the railing of my second floor balcony with no drips on my neighbor, the new countertop on the vanity in the bathroom is lovely. Aviv stayed on top of the work throughout and communicated well regarding my concerns and all were settled to my satisfaction.”

“My rule of thumb is to get 3 quotes and pick the middle. I also tend to believe that projects can double in time and cost. Juan and Outertainments asked about our budget and then stuck to it (the only of the 3). Juan was very genuine in his feedback when we were getting our initial quote. Unlike other quotes where it was "yes" to everything (inevitably blowing the budget away), he helped us understand the value of some choices over others (e.g. cement vs pavers). Since this type of project was unfamiliar to us and we weren't certain on details beyond some high level things, he was able to take our suggestions and help us understand the final results. He was also flexible with giving us a few quotes as well as understanding what aspects could be split out to future projects. Abel (the foreman) and his crew came out and were PHENOMENAL. They were thorough and professional. They went above and beyond regularly. I joked with him on the last day that I'll be seeing him soon when we're ready for the front yard to be updated. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“If you want a complete home renovation , or a new look in any room , Susan of Beaux Monde , Inc. is who you want . She is a master at engineering, design , and remodel . I have told her that she has a magic want hidden within her . It's unheard of for most designers to finish a project under budget , but Susan did , while finding the most amazing , perfect paintings , carpets , marble , light fixtures, and furniture . She stays directly on point and keeps you on point , while being non judgmental in any way . I would trust her with any project , big , or small . What she has done to my home is extraordinary . She truly wants to make her clients happy , for example , she was up all night herself painting a wall , and pitching in while the contractor was asleep . I have been honored to work with her twice on two of my homes . She truely is the best , will make your home fabulous , and look out for you from every angle .”

“We had restoration work done due to water damage. I handle the insurance claim myself and contracted Royal Housing for the work. They provided an accurate quote that was immediately accepted by the insurance company with no issues. The contractor was easy to work with, and there was no problem adding a few additional items to the scope of work. The finish product looks very good and the quality of craftsmanship and materials are also very good. Most importantly, the cost for the job was fair and they completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it was a very good experience.”
