“The project which I am going to discuss is in regard to my kitchen. Having purchased a small condominium from the 70's vintage,the kitchen cabinets were in dire need of replacing. The name of Anthony Slabaugh was given to me so I contacted him. We set up a consultation time for which he punctually showed. Much time was spent (I ask alot of questions) in which Anthony (he listens well) professionally, patiently, and very politely answered all of them. I felt very good about what Anthony could offer. But heeding his advice, I did seek out other bids. My choice was to go with Anthony's business. The required meetings have been attended and the contract signed. Special consessions have been agreed upon .The cabinets have been ordered and an approximate delivery time is on the calendar. Although, the kitchen is not yet completed (haven't reached that calendar date, yet), I wanted to submit this entry more for the opportunity to disclose a wonderful business and good people than to win a contest. I am so enthused and pleased with the experience of working with Anthony and the employees at Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling and Design that I want others to know about them. Anthony and his staff are extremely knowledgable of design and are current as to product availability. Their prices are in about the same price range as ther competitors. But above all, I have been working with honest, forthright people who I believe have put my best interests above their own!”

“Excellent job! Highest recommendation. We hired Riviera Construction to completely gut and rebuild the interior of our home in the Chagrin Valley. Ken and his team did an amazing job of staying on-time and on-budget while delivering a superior result. Ken was on the job site every single day to make certain everything was going according to plan. If you've been through any remodeling before, you know that from time to time unexpected things will "pop up" due to construction details concealed within the walls. When Ken's team ran into these, they dealt with them swiftly and without undue increases in cost. Overall, our project came in slightly _under_ budget. The Riviera Team was so neat and efficient, that despite the scope of the job encompassing basically our entire home, we were able to continue living at the house in surprising comfort throughout the project. The Riviera Pros thoughtfully subdivided our living spaces with temporary walls; they worked on one side of the space while we lived on the other, and as rooms were completed, we were able to switch. I recommend Ken and his outstanding team of tradesmen without reservation. And yes, I would hire them again in a new York Minute!”

“Buckeye Beauty Landscaping = professionalism, integrity & prompt service. Rich & his capable crew are THE BEST! We interviewed many landscapers and found Rich to be the most knowledgeable, we knew immediately he was the guy for our job. He designed & built a fantastic sunken patio complete with pavers, walls, pillars & beautiful stairs. He also defined our particular grading needs by creating boulder planters on either end of the patio. Words are so inadequate when describing just how beautiful our backyard is. We have been singing his praises to everyone. Our yard is truly remarkable we have received so many compliments !”

He met with us, looked over our space and explained the process. He also gave us ideas and made suggestions which made our decisions easier. “CPK recently completed a complete reconstruction of my property. The property is historic making the project anything but routine. The team at CPK came recommended by my architect and I was not disappointed. they are professional, courteous , expert, timely, perfectionistic, rational, and realistic. They fairly represented the costs and timeline and offered valuable recommendations to resolve the challenges associated with the project. The project was large and had never been attempted in Cleveland. The outcome is exquisite. I have and will continue to recommend CPK to my friends and family.”
