John was given an unfinished basement and turned it into a rock star "Oasis". By teaching John about our vision, he was able to turn that vision into reality through design and implementation. He listened to our needs and provided additional feedback in the hopes of improving the final product. In the end, we made all of the decisions and he supported us unless it would impact the quality of his work, which we very much appreciated. If you are only interested in saving money on a project, there are plenty of hacks out there using plastic nails and giving bad excuses.

I engaged John Brian Builders to remodel my kitchen back in 2003 and I have never switch contractors again. John's attention to detail is amazing as you can truly tell when someone loves what they do. John and his team showed me a vision which was difficult for me to see on the onset but the final product is always amazing and I'm always thrilled with the outcome. One of the greatest master pieces was a deck which was to provide an outdoor space and I got so much more. We started in a phased approach and I quickly understood and appreciated the direction john steered me in. The cost was definitely a factor but the outcome couldn't have been better. When we first discussed the deck John made some suggestions of utilizing space that was a steep incline around my garage and incorporated a deck that came off the back of my house in a tiered design which also wrapped around the garage. I was skeptical at first but when he showed me the view I would gain and the functionality I was blown away. It been a number of years since the deck and my family and I don't know how we did without. We are now preparing to break ground on a new addition and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Another item which I believe is important to point out is the teams cleanliness on a project. I have never seen such detail to ensure my family was minimally impacted by the teams work. They taped off and secured all construction areas and cleanup everyday to ensure dust and debris was kept to a minimum. I can't say enough about the great work John and his team perform.
