I almost don't want to write this review, since I want to keep Enrique and his team for myself, but I know that is too selfish. Whatever negative reviews you have heard about contractors in general do not apply to Enrique and his team. They are very responsive, very neat, very creative and keep within the budget. They are extremely trustworthy. NWI was recommended to our decorators to help complete the renovation of our apartment. The decorators were blown away by the professionalism of Enrique and his team. Nothing was impossible and all was accomplished with a smile.

Seriously the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. My partner and I are demanding. NWI rose the to occasion. Top quality work, super friendly team. Even our strata building manager loved them, and THAT is saying alot. Hands down, NWI are the contractors you want to work with.

We worked together on various projects with Derrick and Enrique for many years and we will always make time for their projects when they call.

Enrique and his team of "No problems, only solutions" guys did an amazing job of renovating my downtown penthouse suite. Each and every one of the team are professional and excellent at what they do. Derrick, Ryan and Naomi all worked efficiently to meet my demands. And let's face it... renovations can make a person crazy, at times. They never got frustrated with me, even at my craziest! (or at least I never saw:) But, the best part of working with NWI is working with Enrique who will make anything you dream into a reality. He transformed my space from 'tired' to 'wow!'. He worked night an day to meet my expectations and my deadline. It was not an easy task, but he made it happen. Enrique also gave me ideas that I would not have come up with myself. The lighting he designed really changed the look and feel of my space. His experience, connections and 'designers eye' made it possible to transform my space without the need of a designer. My only feedback to Enrique would be to not push himself so hard :) If you are looking for a professional team that you can trust to do an excellent job.... look no further!
