I wish I could give Diego Solis and Solis Construction way more than 5 stars! My husband and I are first-time home owners and we moved into our home at the start of the pandemic. When some issues started to pop up and we had terrible luck with getting help from contractors closer to Santa Cruz we found Diego on Yelp, and we're so grateful we did. Diego can handle any problem your property has without hesitation, and he has an amazing group of specialists helping him. Solis Construction has dealt with fixing beams in our attic, retexturing a large skylight, beautiful painting, sump pump installation, plumbing issues, tile work, and more. When we eventually renovate larger parts of our home I have no doubt Solis Construction can do that beautifully, too. Diego and his team are incredibly professional, neat, talented, and Diego is wonderful at explaining things and giving advice - from what projects to do to design choices. The Solis teams who have helped us have also been great about pandemic safety such as mask wearing. Diego is an honest, hardworking, thoughtful person who takes pride in everything he does. Being a first time home owner can be intimidating, but I honestly sleep better knowing if anything goes wrong Diego and his outstanding team are just a friendly text or phone call away. If you need a contractor Solis Construction is the obvious choice!
