“Due to disabling illness, we needed to convert down bath to handicapped accessible ASAP. Larry rearranged his schedule and got the job completed within 48 hours during Xmas/NewYears week. Removed glass shower doors and packaged them for future use; installed 3 grab bars; installed handheld shower head with shutoff valve. $605 + Material. To convert office into a bedroom, Larry rearranged all furniture; removed large bookcase, packed books and took them to Library for donation. $195.00. LC Handyman is one of the very few Handyman Services that has an office staff to answer the phone and schedule jobs while Larry is on jobs. Too many handymen use their personal cellphone, which is useless when they are in a "dead zone" or too busy to answer it. Totally professional operation.”

“We’ve used Elite Home Repairs for both small jobs, such as a new shower enclosure, Monster Racks in the garage, and new garbage disposal, to large floor renovations. They removed old flooring and replaced it with beautiful bamboo flooring, and marble tile in the bathrooms and laundry. Also, replaced all of our baseboards. Elite Home Repair always does a fabulous job, and are quick, yet careful. They leave things cleaned up nicely and are always a delight to have working in the home. And their prices are phenomenal, esp for the quality and care the provide.”

“Ken did an excellent job redoing my fencing. I had estimates from a fencing company of $4100 to replace my fence which is a combination of vinyl, wood and brick. Ken was able to recycle some materials, and then repair, repaint and improve this fence making it look brand new and beautiful for an extremely low price in a short period of time.
