“Mike handled the monumental rehab of a foreclosure I had purchased (new kitchen, bath, custom shelving, installation and removal of walls, etc.) and now happily reside in. He was extremely easy to work with. He was open to my suggestions but had creative suggestions when we encountered a challenge. The rehab took about 4 months working full-time.
