“Very professional. They contact you and let you know how many minutes it will be before they get to your home. They go over everything in detail with you. I have to say, they know what they are talking about. With another company, we had our roof replaced about 4 years ago and some other work done on the guttering, later, and 2 different companies really caused us major problems. We had such a bad roof leak in 2 different places that our ceiling fell in one room. Eugene from Smart Fix came in and stabilized the leak until they could get more roofing ordered and get started on it. They did an excellent job on the fix. NO roof leak now. They didn't try to talk us into more work that they could do, he just said if I need more done, i.e. ceiling repair to let him know. I most definitely will hire these guys again. I am very, very please with the quality of the work. They are super nice, I hardly even knew they were here. Unlike some other people that we have had here in the past, no cigarette butts were thrown in our driveway and yard, left for me to pick up. You can not go wrong with these guys.”
