They had an exquisite flooring selection and I was able to get new flooring in my kitchen and living room. “We had wood floors installed on our entire ground floor 5 years ago. Our experience was wonderful. I didn't know what type of wood nor what color of stain I wanted. Michael, the owner, walked us through the process and with his guidance and patience, I picked the perfect floor for my family. He communicated well and his team was very professional. There were a couple of minor problems to address after the installation which he addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. He also gave us very helpful advise on how to care for our floors. 5 years later, we are still very pleased.”

“We went to Britts for our home flooring because we had purchased appliances from them in the past and had appreciated their knowledgeable staff and reliable product line. We were considering vinyl plank as wanted a more durable floor that would stand up to children, pets and most importantly, water accidents. We also felt we had a unique situation as we live in a log home; therefore wanted a very realistic rustic wood look. Susan, our store consultant, guided us to the perfect product for our home, giving us lots of choices and information. The installers of our flooring were on time, extremely conscientious and precise. They gave attention to the little details that made the finished product look simply amazing. We could not be happier with the look the new floor gives our home.”
