“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

“Daniil is amazing! I had been wanting my floors done for 2 years. I was so worried about EVERYTHING. I had already purchased the flooring (solid bamboo) on my own based on a previous estimate. I had spoken with at least 6 companies with quotes and opinions alllll over the place. So extremely high price and some so low it made you worry about the saying "you get what you pay for". When I came in contact with Elephant flooring the knowledge Daniil had about all flooring made me feel confident in his company. When he came over to give the actual estimate it was suprising less than over the phone and very competitive. He was able to start within 7 days and the job was completed within 3 days. His demo and install was extremely clean. They even vaccuum daily before they leave. We had a small hiccup with the direction of boards. In order to give me what I wanted he would have to change me an additional $1,500 for material. He, in his professional opinion, advised me against this increase. And reassure me that the floor would look better in the opposite direction . We trusted him, saved the money and lived the decision. I have and will continue to reccomend Elephant flooring to any and all my friends.”

“Michael at Beau Monde flooring is a gem. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and listens to understand your needs/desires/constraints. He is also a customer oriented problem solver. Project 1: We just did a large house in new neutral nylon carpet. It turned out beautifully. Part of the house had carpet that was only 4 years old that had some dark marks the cleaner couldn't get out. Instead of telling us to replace, he gave us tips on how to clean it/and the technique to use. Magically-it worked! He could have told us to replace it all, but he was trying to save us money too. This is what sets Michael apart from other flooring people. Project 2 (different house-see before and after photo): We needed a new floor that was clean and easy to maintain, desired that it be beautiful and functional, and were constrained by our budget and quick timeline. His company installed a gorgeous new Amtico floor (we chose a wood-look) and new nylon carpet. I appreciate that you can reach him personally if you have a question or problem, his installers are top notch- clean, polite, good at what they do, he is an Amtico expert- he was the authorized installer recommended to me from the manufacturer of Amtico for our SF Bay Area, he has a showroom- you can look at/touch/borrow samples, and he cares about the success of your project- he worked well with other contractors, and processed change orders quickly so we could meet our timeline. He is honest -did not try to always upsell, but gave his opinion on what was worth doing and what was OK to leave alone. Everyone who walks into the house finds the new flooring beautiful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Beau Monde Flooring.”
