“Before moving into our new home, we wanted to replace the flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen, changing the style from a rustic, country look to a clean, modern design. We were also on a tight timeline, because we had already scheduled the movers. And we are picky about design, so it was not an easy task we set for ourselves. We found Interiors and Textiles by searching online for anywhere local that carried a certain brand of flooring. Then we stopped by for a look at all types of flooring -- carpet, vinyl, wood -- wanting something with a designer look. We found the sales team to be very helpful, not at all pushy, and sympathetic to our tastes and time constraints. And we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of wood flooring, and changed our design plan as a result. Interiors and Textiles was able to install the flooring within our timeline. They started just a few days after our purchase, by removing the old imported Italian tile flooring. Then by our move-in date, they had the new floor ready for us to move in, and stopped back a few days later to make sure we were happy and to add the final finishing touches, like the trim. Overall, we were very happy with the product selection, the sales team, the service, the installers and the results. We were able to get flooring that you couldn't find at a big box store or a discount warehouse, and to get it installed quickly. We will stop by again for our next remodeling project.”

“Exceptional in all areas! The process went extremely smooth from beginning to end. Bill and his team, were extremely honest and upfront with all their recommendations and/or quotes. My wife and I were unsure as to what color and type of carpet we wanted installed. Bill on numerous occasions, came out to the house to educate us about the different types of carpets available in the market, along with leaving samples for us to place around the house to help visualize and feel the final product prior to making a purchase. “Personal, knowledgeable and great to work with. It was my first time picking carpet (a daunting task!) and Triss held my hand from start to finish. She helped me pick out the ideal carpet and came back after the install to do minor touch ups to make everything perfect. Most notably the installers at Carters Flooring were able to update my 1964 concrete indoor floating staircase by encasing them in beautiful carpet - super labor intensive as each stair had to be individually wrapped. No more dangerous corners for my little ones and I am thrilled how everything turned out! Two thumbs up!”

“After interviewing around 10 hardwood floor companies, I chose Ron King of performance floors. He found a beautiful hardwood for my floors, I went to two of his clients to review his work, and was very impressed with his workmanship. He has two employees besides himself, they were always on time, and left the house clean every day. He erected plastic to cordon off rooms that would not be sanded to minimize the dust. He used a Bona product with a satin finish that was low in VOCs and is beautiful. Every step of the way he kept us informed. His pricing was in the middle for labor, and I chose a more expensive Franch oak, wide plank for the hardwood.”
