My floors look fantastic. Larry lays tile for the company and his work is just outstanding as well. My job was to tear out the old vinyl floors in the bathrooms and install porcelain tile. The largest part however was to rip out all of the wall to wall carpeting which covered all but the living areas of the house, which had the original hardwood, and to match engineered hardwood to the existing. No easy task, but Al produced stunning results. I couldn't be happier that I hired the right people for the job.”

Minor grout cracks in kitchen floor, and they came out within a week to repair at no cost to us. We selected carpeting made with corn fibers, environmentally friendly with long term stain and wear guarantee by major carpet company. There was a large selection of flooring options to choose from.”

“We went to the home show and looked at all the hardwood flooring vendors. RCF was friendly, took the time to explain and didn't pressure us. So we set up an in home estimate. There samples were large enough (18"x 15"ish) to understand the color palettes, unlike chan store coffee cup coaster sized. We were happy with the estimate and the service so far so we hired them. One the day of, we set up a 8 am start. The first person showed at 7:50 and was waiting in the van until 8 to knock. We went out and told him it was ok to come it. Very nice. We were worried when only one person showed, but he was kind of like an advance party, getting the easy stuff done before anyone else showed a few minutes later. Carpet and tile were up and out in about 45 minutes. The leveling cement(?) took a little while to dry, but the workers used,that time to unpack and cut some measured pieces. Our new flooring came in and got installed in an amazing 4 hours or so. Clean up and baseboards took another hour or so. Finally, they polished all the wood and had us do an inspection. I asked about payment and the worker said no, someone would call us later. A few days later the man that did the demo/estimate called and asked us how we liked our new floor and then asked if we were satisfied. (We were, we've been bragging about the floors to anyone that would listen.). Only then did we arrange for payment. You always hear horror stories, but RCF was nothing but awesome. My only regret was I didn't ask them to do more hardwood in our house it was that nice. We highly recommend River City Flooring and have passed their name many times.”

“Travis was very friendly and easy to work with. He came to our house with samples and really helped us both understand the process and benefits of different flooring types. We ended up going with a vinyl plank for two rooms that looks like wood AND it's more durable. We also went with the baseboard upgrade, which looks really good as well. The contractors were able to come earlier than expected and finished in about a day and a half. Overall, we have been very impressed with the communication and final product.”
