They were good listeners, thoughtful problem solvers, creative, respectful of our budget, and very reassuring and responsive during the building process. We built in a neighborhood with historic zoning and Michael Ward was particularly knowledgable about the process of working with the historic commission. While working with them was very professional, designing a home is also very personal. Michael and Kaitlyn made it easy for us because of their great personalities and their unique abilities.
