“Lonnie came out to the house and looked at the roof and attic and then gave us a bid estimate. Then his crew came out and put a new roof on our apartment above the garage. All work was finished in three days. All of the crew were friendly and hard working and willing to explain what they were doing and answer questions. They even worked through rain and a very hot sunny day. Clean up after the job was good too. All interactions were very professional and positive. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again.”

“Heather worked with me and my family in details of a house built (being built) on very unforgiving terrain (and weather). She is savvy, spunky, smart, hands-on, well thought-out, confident, and very knowledgeable. Yes, including construction and materials - some architects don’t have a clue. I am a structural engineer, have worked construction, and even dabbed-in going to architectural school. I have also worked with other architects, designers, and engineers in various situations including integrated building design that encompassed the client, architect, builder, and engineer from day one. Heather opened doors to concepts and ideas we never knew existed - and that's coming from somebody that has read 'A Pattern Language' cover-to-cover (over-and-over). Do note that I am writing this review as her friend. Luckily (but looking back, not surprisingly), Heather as become a great friend, showing that her collaborative nature in the design/build process goes beyond the job at hand. This unique capacity/service built around a partnership with the client is innate for her, it comes from with in. She comes highly recommended - and you may even get a life-long friend out of the deal!”
