“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“Dan Getson, owner of Trav-Daniels Construction Services is every homeowner's dream. His professionalism and quality of work is exceptional. I hired Dan a year ago to demo and remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms at my condo. His eye for design and knowledge of every aspect of construction, resulted a high quality remodel for a very fair price. His workmanship was noticed by many and has been hired by at least 6 other homeowners in my complex. Dan's level of professionalism, knowledge and workmanship is difficult to find in a contractor. I highly recommend this company.”

“Villa's Remodeling is absolutely THE BEST! We were a completely inexperienced couple just trying to remodel our home and stretch our money as much as we can. We found them on Angie's list and hoped for the best. Little did we know that we were going to get the Crème Da La Crème of professionals! Dealing with John and his team was a blessing. Their level of professionalism was exquisite. John and his team not only helped us make our decisions but also educated us about each choice we had to make . They manage to do the job that I know would have taken an average "JOE" double the time and kept the communication open through the whole process. I have nothing negative to say about them. That being said we recommend these guys with our eyes closed and cannot wait until we have the opportunity to work in our home again with them. Robert really went above and beyond to help us to complete the project in a timely fashion. “Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”
