“We engaged RB12 to deliver a small development project from start to finish. They did the architectural design, planning and permissions followed by project management and then ultimately the interior design. They added a basement level and loft to extend a 3 floor house to 5 floors and then converted it into 3 flats. We now have 3 beautifully designed and well thought out flats. They also supplied all the wood flooring, bathrooms and kitchens. The 3 flats all have their own identity and are by no means a typical boring development you see so often across London. The team super impressed with their knowledge, ideas and friendly yet professional approach. We love the end result.”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs.
