“Mario Tascone and his team designed the house that we are currently building. We went to him with a concept of what we wanted to achieve with the block that we had, and he developed our concept through several iterations to the final design. He then prepared all of the working drawings required for building approvals and for actual construction. We were very happy with the service provided by Mario and his team, if we challenged aspects of the design he was not defensive, but instead listened and took our comments into consideration for the next iteration of the design. We would have no hesitations in recommending the Tascone Design Team to anyone looking for a home designer.”

“Westcoast Bricklaying PTY LTD has been Associated with Westmade Homes for over 10 years, and in that time we have been engaged to produce varied projects around the state, we also work for various other Builders including Webb &Brown Neaves , so we know what we are talking about ! “I engaged Refresh renovations Perth to open up my kitchen/dining/lounge/study into a larger space and modernise it. They took care of the engineering, planning, building and finishing. My experience with them was very, very good and I highly recommend their services. They engaged great planners and designers and their tradespeople were top notch. The build went smoothly and I was informed of progress regularly and consulted regularly. Nothing was too much trouble with them or their trades. If you're looking for a team in Perth that can take care of your building project I recommend you engage Refresh Renovations.”

Neil has the vision we lack and the creativity to incorporate all of our demands that make sense and the tactfulness to handle the demands that don't. Would I recommend him - without a second thought if you want professionalism, design expertise, a good listener and arbitrator when as a couple you need to make a decision and cannot agree:-)”

“I was asked to find an Architect by my employer with some experience in heritage regulations and residential renovations sympathetic to the Subiaco architecture. I started with the internet and Suzanne Hunt's profile got my attention. After reading her web page, I knew immediately my employer would relate to her style and approach so I organised a meeting between them. The night of the meeting, I received a text from my Employer that very precisely gave me the confirmation that my instincts were correct in choosing Suzanne. My employer wrote: Suzanne Hunt is perfect. Great find!! Spoke for 2 hours. Really good info, advice & presentation. Would love to work with her on something if not Subi. Have lots to think about. Suzanne was honest in her feedback regarding the Subiaco property highlighting the weaknesses of the property for renovation and the reality of over capitalizing by carrying out the renovation ideas my Employer had in mind. My Employer is now motivated to look out for another property in the area so that she can involve Suzanne in the renovation project.”

“Our house is circa 1890's workers cottage, narrow block with poor access. Prior extension had left us with a space that was both not usable and and poorly built. We wanted the back part of the house removed, rebuilt in an open modern style. Main areas renovated were Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Bathroom and outdoor area. Swell homes were extremely helpful from the start, very positive approach to our job and a willingness to provide guidance from the outset and for the duration of the job. They were flexible and allowed for alterations along the way. The project and site manager were contactable at all times and we were given regular updates about the current work and upcoming schedules of work. We used cost-plus which suited our job and budget well and would recommended Swell to anyone planning a renovation.”
