“MBD designed and remodeled TWO bathrooms to our exact liking. We contacted 4 other companies before finding MBD. Remodeling two entire bathrooms and expanding a shower in the master bath is a huge expense and a big decision and there are only great things to say about MBD. They were honest and provided various options with costs for each. The entire construction process was impressive, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of our Construction Superintendent, Greg, who visited the worksite constantly to ensure the high quality of work. Each time he visited the site, he met with us to ensure that we were pleased with the work, and to ask if we had any questions. Everybody at MBD has been great, and it is my pleasure to give them our recommendation, and sincere appreciation!”

It was a very difficult decision, but ultimately we chose to build with a different company. “We had a great experience building with Homes by Chris TWO times. The first time was after our house was destroyed by a tornado. We were attracted to their finish work in their model but it turned out that they are so much more than just their finish work. HBC helped us redesign our old house on the existing foundation. Our home was more functional because they helped us move the laundry to the main floor, get a walk in pantry and a huge master closet. It was their care, professionalism, and accessibility that brought us back to rebuild another new home when our family grew larger. Many builders claim to be "custom", but seem to have many exceptions and limitations. HBC helped us get exactly what we wanted in our home including cabinets to the ceiling, a drop zone to fit my family's needs, a garage free of beams and helped us maximize our lot space and reduce cost by changing the original plot of our land.They truly want to do what is best for the families they work with. “It was time to down size so we sold our 3500 sq ft home and bought a 1900 sq ft home. As you imagine it was hard not only to adjust to the smaller size but also to fit the needs of 3 teenage boys and us into a smaller home and still feel like we had are own space. We called Mike with Legacy Home Improvement and the first thing that I liked about Mike was I felt like he was understanding what I wanted and needed. Second, I didn't feel like he was just "telling me what I wanted to hear" if there was something we couldn't do he told us up front. Third, he was VERY mindful of our budget and was very good at keeping us on track. Mike and hi team added a Master Bath and Master Closet to a finished basement and a shower onto one of the 3/4 baths. Now we have 4 bedroom and 4 baths and everyone has their own space. Quick, CLEAN and extremely freindly! AWESOME job!!!!”
