“Luis Imery is a superb contractor who specializes in energy efficient construction of outstanding quality and affordable price. He is a man of integrity and oversees all aspects of contstruction, as well as performing all the HERS and duct blaster testing required to evaluate the energy efficiency of his work. I hired him for a remodel; it came in UNDER budget and early! Update: 5/27/16: It's been almost 4 years and I installed a new hi-efficiency heat pump after the work was completed; it is a unit Luis recommended to me. I have my office in my 1600 s.f. home and use the systems 24/7 in a hot/humid climate. My electric bills continue at less than $90/mo on avg. The water bills are under $45 unless I turn on the irrigation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“David McCay built our house on Lake Chatuge. He was totally involved from start to finish, from siting the house on the lot to handing us the key when finished. Not only was he engaged in every process, he directed many aspects of the building process. He was there everyday and was involved in decisions that affected design even though we had plans. David was never shy about giving an opinion that would improve the house. It was always very apparent that our house was his house in that it was a reflection of his work. We have since been able to tour other houses on the lake in similar price ranges and it is our opinion that none compare to this house.”

Because we were very pleased with our first home and our prior experience with Harcrest and its owner, Mike Smith, we chose Harcrest to build our new home last year. Our experience this time has also been fantastic. Our new home is both comfortable and beautiful and is a pleasure to live in. Daniel knows his stuff, from requesting permits to completing the build within 7 months. It was close to perfect custom home for my wife and I. His commitment to ensuring our house was always first priority and never letting us having an unanswered question was spectacular. I still owe Daniel a dinner for his amazing work on our custom home. Thank you UpperTown Homes! Our project was on .87 acre of land, 5000 sq ft under roof, 3500 sq ft of heated space, 1 1/2 stories.”
