“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I had my bathroom completely remodeled through ECO design PRO. Ori Sakal and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advises of Ori Sakal. Ori told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Ori had to fix them. Ori Sakal did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“i highly recommend hiring hillstar construction based on my experience of hiring the company to complete repipe my plumbing and sewer system in my house as long as painting indoor and changing my attic insolation into the new R30 rolls process that was supposed to take a month took about 13 days. “A+plus design and remodeling renovated my two living rooms into more then I had expected! Our project was out of their comfort zone as they mostly do kitchens and bath! But, I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I would like for them to come back and finish the rest of iur hime! Adam believes in making sure his customer is fully satisfied or he is not! We struggled a little but I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and trust him with my home again! :)”

Alex and the guys at Build 4 You made my reno dreams come true - not just because both rooms look even better than I originally imagined... but mostly because they estimated the work would be done in 6 weeks, AND IT WAS DONE IN 6 WEEKS!!! Unheard of, and so worth the money and brief hassle of living in a house while it's being remodeled. The whole crew was trustworthy and the team did a phenomenal job, implementing my ideas while offering their expertise! I will be using them again as soon as I can afford to remodel the bathroom. :)”
